We are transparent about what we collect and why.

Raptix AB provides Reveal — an analytics and reporting platform for real-time access control monitoring. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website and the Reveal service. Contact us at support@raptix.se with any questions about your data.
We collect as little data as possible. Below are the three categories of data we process:
Your email address and password when you sign in. Passwords are stored encrypted via Supabase Auth and are never readable in plain text.
On your first visit to the website, your IP address is sent to ipapi.co to determine whether you are in Sweden, so that the correct language (Swedish or English) is shown automatically. No other information about you is stored from this request. If you prefer not to use IP-based detection, you can switch language manually via the language selector in the menu.
Your chosen language (sv or en) is saved in your browser's localStorage so the setting persists between visits. No cookie is used.
We do not use any analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar), no tracking cookies, no advertising identifiers, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is used solely to: authenticate you and grant access to the counters you have been authorised to view, and to show the correct language version of the website on your first visit.
Account data is stored on Supabase infrastructure within the EU. Connections are encrypted with TLS. Access to data is restricted via Row Level Security (RLS) so that you can only see the counters assigned to you. We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting support@raptix.se.

As a data subject in the EU, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; to request restriction of processing; to object to processing; and to request data portability. Send your request to support@raptix.se. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
If we make material changes to this policy, an updated version will be published on this page with a new date. Continued use of the service after an update is published constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
